Please read these terms carefully before completing a purchase on Tickets-Fest.

Ticket validity: Tickets are valid only for the specified event, date, and ticket type. Entry is subject to QR scan verification at the gate.

Refunds and changes: Purchases are final unless required by applicable law or the organizer explicitly announces an eligible refund/reschedule policy.

Entry policy: The organizer may deny entry for safety, legal, or policy reasons. Venue rules, age restrictions, and security checks may apply.

Photography and media: By purchasing, attendees may appear in event photography/video used for event operations, safety records, and promotional coverage.

Fraud protection: Forged, tampered, duplicated, or unauthorized ticket copies are invalid and may be rejected with no compensation.
