    Organizers register and publish

    Verified organizers sign in, set up payout profiles where required, and publish events with clear dates, venues, and ticket types.

    Attendees purchase tickets

    Fans check out on the web or staff sell at the door through the POS workspace—inventory stays unified so you never oversell by accident.

    Revenue is collected on-platform

    Payments flow through Tickets-Fest so reporting, refunds, and compliance stay centralized and auditable.

    QR tickets are issued

    Each order produces scannable credentials. Purchasers access them from email and their account; POS buyers receive tickets immediately.

    Scanners validate entry

    Trained staff use the check-in experience to scan QR codes, record first entry, and resolve edge cases with lookup tools.

    Organizers request payouts

    After the event, eligible balances can be requested from the organizer dashboard with transparent fee lines.

    Admin approves payouts

    Platform administrators review requests, apply agreed fees and reserves, then approve payouts to your verified destination.
