Your first ticket purchase

Create an account or check out as a guest where enabled. Complete payment in one session; your confirmation email is the source of truth for order ID and receipt. Signed-in customers can revisit Account → Orders to open QR tickets once the organizer releases them.

Refunds and chargebacks

Refund eligibility follows the policy on the event page and at checkout. Prefer the in-product contact path so we can attach your order to the organizer’s queue. Bank disputes slow everyone down—reach out first when possible.

Day-of-event checklist

Charge your phone, turn brightness up, and avoid cropped screenshots. Bring ID if the listing requires it. If a scan fails, stay calm—trained staff can look up your order when policy allows.

Payouts and fees

Organizers request payouts after events; platform and processing fees are deducted per your agreement. Admins approve requests after compliance checks. Keep banking profiles complete to avoid delays.

POS at the door

Only POS-role users can sell at the door. Every sale is tied to inventory and reporting. Voids follow organizer policy and are always logged.

Scanner monitoring and staff

Assign scanners to trusted staff. Valid means first entry; already used requires a lead. Use manual lookup only through trained workflows to protect attendee privacy.

Account security

Use a unique password and keep ticket links private. If you see unrecognized orders, reset your password and contact support immediately with recent activity details.
