Organizers

Onboarding playbook

This guide summarizes every organizer dashboard module in the order most teams operate: setup, launch, daily operations, growth, and settlement. Share it with event leads so each function knows where to work.

  1. 1

    Dashboard Module

    • Start at Dashboard to see live performance: published events, upcoming dates, order volume, and top-level collection totals.
    • Use this view daily as your control center before opening other modules.
    • Export quick summaries when your team needs a snapshot for daily operations.
  2. 2

    Events and Venues Module

    • Create or edit events with accurate date/time, venue, banner, policy details, and ticket or RSVP setup.
    • Use Venues to keep reusable location records so new events are faster and more consistent.
    • Publish only after verifying inventory, pricing, and event details exactly as fans should see them.
  3. 3

    Attendees and Orders Module

    • Monitor attendee records, checkout orders, payment status, and ticket delivery from one place.
    • Search, filter, and paginate attendee/order tables to quickly locate a fan or transaction.
    • Use resend and recovery actions when a buyer needs ticket confirmation again.
  4. 4

Door Operations Module (Scanner and POS)

    • Configure scanner gates, monitor live scan outcomes, and review fraud/duplicate signals in real time.
    • Use POS tools for at-door sales and session tracking with clear order and payment visibility.
    • Assign staff roles carefully so only authorized people can scan, sell, or void transactions.
  5. 5

Growth Module (Promo Codes and Sales Team)

    • Create promo codes for campaigns and monitor redemption performance over time.
    • Manage Sales Team agents, referral codes, commissions, and assignment status per event.
    • Use performance data to scale channels that convert and pause channels that do not.
  6. 6

    Finance and Insights Module

    • Use Reports and Reviews to understand revenue behavior, audience feedback, and event quality.
    • Submit payout requests only after reconciling sales and confirming event completion.
    • Track payout methods and approval progress directly in the dashboard to keep finance aligned.
  7. 7

    Account and Security Module

    • Keep organizer profile, support contacts, and operational metadata up to date.
    • Review activity logs for accountability and change tracking.
    • Update password and access rights regularly to protect your workspace.
